Rachel Lynelle Loeb, 71, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2019, in Jacksonville, Fla., following a brief illness.
She was born May 10, 1947, in Jacksonville. She was a member of the Folkston Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Harrell Jordan.
She is survived by her father, Leonard Kline, and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 20, at Bickley Chapel Cemetery in White Oak with Rev. Rob Gillis officiating.
