Mary Regina Stanton, 73, of Woodbine went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 9, 2017.
Born Nov. 2, 1941, in Nanty Glo, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Konsavich. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Stanton Sr.
Mrs. Stanton loved going to church, playing bingo and spending time with her family. She was a generous and giving woman.
Survivors include her children, Pearl Marie Jones (Mark) of Amarillo, Texas, James Stanton Jr. (Pauline) of Florida, Tammy Reynolds of Waycross, Michael Stanton (Tina) of New York and Matthew Stanton (Dana) of Waycross; grandchildren, Sharon Bennett, Mark Jones Jr., Robert Jones, Brandy Blassingame and Mikey Stanton; great-grandchildren, Erika, Junior, Sebastian, Cecelia, Juliyanna, Nyte, Emma, Summer, Lilly, Kurumi and Kairi; brothers, Joseph Konsavich and James Konsavich; sisters, Catherine McDermott and Sophie Buige; several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 12, at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church with Father Mariusz officiating. Burial will follow at Lawnwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers were James Stanton, Mike Stanton, Matt Stanton, Kevin Deen, Brandon Bennett and Jacob Jones.
Allison Memorial Chapel and Funeral Home in St. Marys is in charge of arrangements.
