Richard Cody Norton, 21, of St. Marys passed away Friday, Feb. 17, 2017, at Southeast Georgia Health System, Camden Campus.
Cody was born Feb. 18, 1995, in Brunswick and was a lifelong resident of Camden County. He was a loving husband, father, son, grandson and brother.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, at Allison Memorial Chapel in St. Marys with Tony Barber officiating. A reception will immediately follow the services at North River Cabin, 270 E. Meeting St. in St. Marys.
Survivors include his wife, Madison Pittman-Norton; daughter, Madeline Grace Norton; two stepdaughters, Emily Elizabeth Pittman and Sophia Mae Malone all of St. Marys; parents, Rick and Cindy Norton; sisters, Heather Clark (Shawn) and Marinna Norton all of White Oak; half-brother, Shawn Norton of Brunswick; grandmothers, Lora Carter and Margaret Norton; and several nieces and a nephew.
Allison Memorial Chapel and Funeral Home of St. Marys is in charge of arrangements.
